• Split specific tasks among the leadership team.
• Find allies, i.e. neighborhood organizations, nonprofits, or elected officials.
• Create a set of talking points that you’ll use in conversations.
• Set ambitious but realistic timetables for your action steps.
• Bring materials to leave behind, and keep track of the response at each home.
• Hold an event at the successful end of project to celebrate.
