Checklist - Keep your home free of mold:
Check that the A/C unit's condensate drain pipe is dripping to avoid moisture buildup, which can lead to mold.
Look for standing water around the house, which can lead to mold.
Inspect your crawl space for vapor barrier or insulation tears, which can cause moisture problems.
Check under sinks for signs of leaking pipes, which could lead to mold growth.
Make sure air supply and return vents aren't obstructed, which can lead to mold.
