So far, Harbor Freight Tools of Camarillo, Calif., has received one report of a drill overheating and causing a minor injury.

The recalled drills, made in China, were sold nationwide at Harbor Freight Tools stores, via catalog and online from April 2008 through May 2012 for between $27 and $30.
